Three companies submitted bids for the project. The bid was awarded to Nasi Roofing LLC of Minocqua, WI. at a total of $943,900.  “All of the bids were under what had been budgeted,” stated TAS superintendent Stacy Price. “Due to the bid coming in lower than projected, they worked with Nasi to increase the R-factor on the roof, so our R-factor will be R-30.”

Even with the additions, the cost is still under the projected budget, Price said.

Price said the project will begin at the end of the 2021-2022 school year and will be completed during the second week of August.
