We are proud to present Engadine Consolidated Schools 2024/25 Employees of the Year, Mrs. Kaitlyn Robinson and Ms. Nichole Huffman. Both were recognized at the EUPSBA Employee of the Year Banquet, hosted by the EUPISD and Tahquamenon Area Schools. We are so fortunate to have both Nikki and Kaitlyn as part of the Engadine Eagles team!
This is Kaitlyn’s third year as an Engadine Eagle, and we were super fortunate to snag her from another district to become part of our team. This past year, Kaitlyn was moved into our middle school level and has just flourished! She has taken on leadership roles within the district and currently is a lead on our school-wide PBIS team and involved with Union leadership with our teaching staff. She embodies everything a fantastic teacher should be. She is highly organized, maintains excellent classroom management and discipline, always dresses professionally and exemplifies what every school looks for in a high-quality educator. We are so fortunate to have Kaitlyn as an Engadine Eagle!!!
Nichole Huffman, also known as Ms. Nikki, is a dedicated and hardworking employee. Nikki is our director of food service, and she runs a tight ship! Through her dedication to making sure all our children get the proper nutrition under USDA guidelines, our students don’t go hungry. Nikki is also very good at balancing our books by being fiscally responsible, which has resulted in the district purchasing large scale kitchen items, such as a walk-in freezer using Spend Down Funds, at no additional cost to the district. Nikki is going to make sure you get a full balanced meal AND give you a smile and laugh. We love Nikki!
